Properties Panel 3D text missing

Seems like the properties for 3D text is missing. Cannot make any adjustments, like change font or dept of extrution. Any ide how to make these options available?

As of 2023 the bug still exists. I have this problem too, all the time.
What's more, when this problem occurs it also seems to mess up other objects' properties. The proper properties disappear after the text object misbehaves and instead show the input box for the text object that I have selected before. The original properties only reappear after a freeze, subsequent force quit and restart - not after a normal quit and restart. 'Luckily' a freeze is never far away when these problems occur.

Try this solusions.

1. Edit > Preferences > Reset preference.

2. Relaunch Dimension.

3. Profit !

0. Uninstall Adobe Dimension (macOS) - Alias of uninstaller inside Dimension folder.

1. Deleted all CC_Dimension_3.x.x.xml files inside /Users/.../Library/Application Support/Adobe/Sonar/SonarCC

2. Open Font Book.app > Validate Fonts

3. Font Book.app > Restore Standard Fonts

4. Run Cocktail.app to clear all caches etc.

All above seems did the trick here.

I have the same issue and desperate for a fix. None of the above ideas helped. Anyone else has a fix for this?

Had the same issue with version 3.4.
What (for some reason), did the trick for me was to enable GPU-render [BETA].

I created a new document and had a "pop-up" that asked if I wanted to enable it, doing so showed the text-properties in my case.

Hi, I'm also having this issue. I can place text, but all text properties are missing. I'm on the latest version.

Tried deleting the app and reinstalling to no avail.

I have such issue once and reinstalling helps but I am on Win 10.

Can you show us your scene panel.? In the image we can see "No in order". note in text panel. Did you see this note when you placing default "Text" (Lorem Ipsum) on canvas?
