Render errors

How do i report a bug? Every time I render a file I'm met with this message

An application error has occurred. To help us diagnose the issue please follow instructions below.

Then it gives me two instructions. But I can't find the feedback panel to report the dimension bug log that the program gathered for me...

cool you should be able to post a new bug report or just add a 'me too' to one that someone else has posted... your Adobe Id is needed as well
