Trouble with 3D object imported into Dimension

Hi, I'm having a problem with a 3D object imported in Dimension.

I have modelled a very simple paper bag with a plastic window in Form Z(3D software).

The bag is hollow and there is a hole(in the bag itself) where the plastic window is.

But the problem is when importing the object-file into Dimension. Somehow the hole is filled.

If I make the bag in glass material, I can see that there are "lines" where the hole should be, but the space is filled.

Is there anyone who has come across the same problem or that could think of a solution to this?

All help is much appreciated!

Other information:

Adobe Product: Dimension 3.4

Operating system: macOS

3D software: Form Z 9(modeled here and then exported into OBJ)

when you say "hole" do you actually mean boolean?

yes = https://community.adobe.com/t5/dimension/problems-with-boolean-edited-objects/m-p/11288937?page=1

the basic fix is to load the model into Photoshop and repair the UV map... Blender is also able to do it if that software is more your style
