Unable to import stl or obj model. Stuck loading at 50%

Hi,

 

I have a model which has been worked on in Zbrush (image attached)

 

I cant seem to get it to load in Dimensions, its just getting stuck at 50% and i have to then force quit the application.

 

Any idea what i can do?

the file looks corrupt so i would assume no UV map or a map thats made wrong... in both cases Dimension needs extra Ram to load them and 50% crash sounds like your computer system just doesn't have it

 

how to fix it? = share the model or remake \ convert it as an wavefront Obj... another option would be to load it into a different computer
