.gtlf only file that imports into Dimension with textures

Beginner user- I can't import any other downloaded model file format other than .gtlf/.glb, and sometimes that doesn't work either. Mainly a texture problem and I've tried a lot of different files and solutions, so I'm thinking is has to do w my software or laptop. any solutions?

the standard is Png or you can also use jpg but Png is best

any other texture files should be converted from Bmp or Glf before importing into Dimension

 

yes it does sould like your laptop has software issues but without the files to test we have no way to help you
