C# How to extract text from the PDF?

In the examples, the object ExportPDFTargetFormat does not have the attribute TXT.  Extracting text like itext, is it possible?

    Thank you for using Services SDK. TXT file is not a supported format for exporting a PDF through the Services SDK because TXT is too limited a format for capturing PDF complexities. But you can use services SDK to export PDF to a text file format like RTF.  Hope this helps.
