Мне не отменяют бесплатную подписку . Пытаются списать деньги с карты , при этом не предупредив, о том , что закончился бесплатный режим. Инструкция по отмене подписки не имеет рублики - отмена подписки. По крайней мере я не смог разобраться с последовательностью действий. Как решать проблему? В ближайшее время деньги на карту не поступят.
