Activation code is invalid

hello!

in November 2022 I bought, at Amazon market place, a license for an Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan.
in these days I Tried to register the license in my Adobe account, but the Amazon code I received mounths ago, seeems to be invalid, could it be expired?
Is there a way to recover the problem?

You should contact Amazon and let them know the problem you are facing. They should be able to resolve it

what do you mean by, it "seems to be invalid"?  ie, what do you see after trying to redeem?

I'm sure I've wrong something. Today I've succeed to do reedem the old Amazon code and I've already installed Adobe software I purchased.

In case you buy a subscription by Amazon you get an redemption code.
