Adobe gaining remote access to my computer via Bomgar

Hello,

So I recently gave someone from Adobe remote access to my computer and I am really worried now that that was a mistake. They were not able to solve my problem and it ended up being something very simple when I hung up. Does anyone else think I should be worried???
