Are there any worldwide re-sellers?

I'm from Serbia and I'm unable to find individual subsciptions on a monthy basis (teams only) so are there any worldiwide re-sellers that you know of? I'm really struggling here to find anything. Please help!

That's where I found all of the re-sellers, but they all offer only team subscriptions, which are extremely expensive. It's really weird that it's so hard to find a monthy subscription...

Resellers sell only team subscriptions as of my knowledge.
