Branding In Spark No Longer Working

Can someone please tell me why when I work on projects in Spark, my brand disappears as well as all of my custom uploaded fonts? Yet, when I go to edit the brands in my settings, it's right there with all fonts, colors, etc.
This is driving me crazy. I can no longer use Spark as I need to. I've tried 3 different browsers, updated my browser, deleted my cache....
Every time I try and use my brand in a post, it doesn't recognize its there.
