Can i download apps without creative cloud

Is there a way to download adobe apps and completely bypass creative cloud? Ive had so many issues with creative cloud. Errors, freezing, disconnecting my whole computor from the internet when I'm downloading an app. Im over it. Can I just not use creative cloud?

Even if you download the app using the method described by @kglad you will need CC to work properly to use the app. If you face persistent issues then try reinstalling CC, you could also connect with the support team for troubleshooting.
