Can i5 3570, 8GB RAM DD3, GTX 650 1GB run Adobe ?

Hello. As you can tell from the title, my computer is old, I bought it in 2012.

Specifically I want to run adobe animate, after effect, photoshop, and premiere (2022/2021)
Can my computer run these adobe software? I mean for "run" here is doable, I can work good....
Or it will laggy?

You won't have a good experience with such an underpowered computer.  This is just the minimum necessary to run animate without anything else.   You must allow extra resources for your OS and everything else you use, too.

For better performance I would recommend you to upgrade with a ssd and increase your ram upto 16gb also pair it with a 1660ti and it will work fine as of now.

In addition to this, I'd like to mention that using multiple applications may need more resources for optimal performance.
