Hi, my payment card is empty, and I want to replace it with another one to make the payment for Adobe product as it's described in your emails to me. However I can't make it because there is no such option in my Account settings. Also I can't ask your Adobe support because the chat is always too busy.
Please help me if you really need my money, or stop sending me your emails.

Dear Adobe Team, it seems that your help article should be updated. There is no chance to change or update card info if the plan was cancelled. How can I pay in this case? Your support is is unavaliable.

go to Adobe.com, log into your account, go to manage account
...and there, add or modify your payment information under plans&products.

Hi,
For a cancelled order, the payment can not be changed. It can be changed (credit to credit card only, no credit card to PayPal or vice versa) for an active order only or when you make a new purchase.

Please wait for 1 day (till 10.03.2018), now I'm trying to load my old card, then please place your payment order again.
And please fix that bug with the payment method on your website.

It can't actually. I'm trying to sign back up and there is literally nowhere to change the credit card. I literally cannot buy the product because there's an old card on there that I can't replace lol

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary:
