Can't install Adobe XD. Error code: 198

Hi, I'm trying to install Adobe XD using Creative Coud but it says that there has been a problem and the product can't be installed. The error code is 198 and I can't find this code anywhere, help please!

This has been discussed before and a solution was to use Adobe CC Cleaner and then reinstall.  See:
