Can't install my boxed CS5 Production premium to my new iMac

Hello!

I need to install my boxed CS5 Production premium to my new iMac.

I have the serial number.

Technical support gave me the link to download CS5 (because iMac hasn't CD-rom)

Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products

Then I downloaded and I can't install it.

I got this link to fix the problem but it didn't help.

newer mac os'es aren't compatible with cs5 so you can expect some (or a lot) or problems.
