Kamelia, can you tell us more about the computer and network on which you are installing Adobe XD on? 

 

In addition to Myra's suggestion, please see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html for several solutions that could cause Adobe XD to show as "try it" with an active paid membership.
