can't open lightroom5

sins a new installation of my Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6 I'm not able to open Lightroom5. Always I get the information Error 1 or 213:10

Is there anyone who is able to solve the problem. Abode help center does not support lightroom 5 anymore.

Did you perform a clean re-installation of  Lightroom 5?

 

Licensing error code 213:11 is caused by a permissions problem.  Set permissions for both the SLStore and the Adobe PCD folders.  See link below for details.
