Hello, I'm having a hard time renewing my student account. I need to place a new payment method but keep getting an error and I've been on the phone for 25 minutes at this point. I need help!

You had purchased a redemption code if you have entered the credit card details, it will get automatically renewed.
I find the subscription to be active as of now.

Thank you for all your help. Why is Adobe's customer service so lackluster??!?!?!? Don't people pay $500+ a year for a subscription, Im just shocked it takes multiple hours to fix something as simple as I want to give them money.

Normally people are crying because they want to cancel. But I can assure you: I never had trouble with my payments. I never had trouble with cancelling a subscription. It's just a straight procedure to follow.
