Oh Sorry and thank you for the valuable time in which you take with me in trying to resolve this, I meant it good faith, and as far as clicking twice on Auto Play, ive been trying that all day and it takes me to the instalation box, and when I click on it, it does nothing just as when I click from the disk its self, is there any hope at this point? and all because my system is 64.
These are all good tries, but it only take me to the Instalation tab, and it does nothing, I tried it both off the disk and off the desktop folder, is there a plan D?
If you are tired, and need to go to sleep, can we continue tomarrow? maybe you can do some more research or get second oppinion with your partners? and tell them everything weve tried already
Okay we can resume tomarow I dont have any antivirus programs anyway, and I did restart the computer clicked on "Run as Adminitrator" and nothing happens same ol same ol did you want to touch basis sometime tomarrow?you are my only hope at this point
if your key is a 24 digit number (6 groups of 4 numbers), that's for activation which is no longer possible.
and you win 7/sp 1 has a compatibility mode that can mimic some previous os'es. but that's moot in view of the activation issue. ie, there's probably no reason to work this hard on premiere 6.5 when the best you can do is to get 30 days usage.
if that's not true and 30 days is all you need, then let me know and we can go install/run with compatibility mode
My disk came with only 17 digits, letters and number, but the problem right now is not the key because that come after the disk starts spinning and the software and prior to getting in installed, the problem is way before the program asks for a key to input the Installation tab does nothing when clicked.
