cant install premiere 6.5 after formated pc

i formated my pc and now i cant install adobe premiere 6.5, its write that a problem with windows 64 or 32 bits

    i dont receive any message

    just sometimes cant install, nothing happend when i start the install with

    the original disk

    sometimes he said, check if ur windows is 64 or 32 bits

    If you are talking about the really OLD premiere 6.5 and not Premiere Pro CS6, that program is 32bit only and it was written back in the day of Windows XP or Windows 2000

    What is your operating system, and have you right clicked the program icon and selected a compatibility mode from the pop up option window?

    i have windows 7 64 bits

    yes i have the old adobe premiere 6.5 disk

    what should i do ?

    As I already asked... have you right clicked the program icon and selected a compatibility mode from the pop up option window?
