Sorry for the delay.

In my program files folder there were 3 adobe Creative cloud folders with the same content

Adobe Creative Cloud_3.6.0.248

Adobe Creative Cloud_bkp2

Adobe Creative Cloud_bkp3

and 1 empty folder named 'Adobe Creative Cloud'

i have changed the the name of Adobe Creative Cloud_3.6.0.248 to Adobe Creative Cloud and everything is fine now.

I have absolutely no idea what would have caused this, but its solved now

Hi,

Just restart your machine once and after that follow the below steps:

1. Un-install “Adobe Creative Cloud“ using generic un-installer. This will not remove your installed adobe apps (Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop applic... )

2. After successful un-installation, download “Creative Cloud” installer from:  Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe C...

3. Launch the installer to install “Adobe Creative Cloud” again.

Hi Jarvg,

You can go ahead and click on yes button. Creative Cloud has been already un-installed. After that go to: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe Creative Cloud trial and install Creative Cloud again.

Already did that, but nothing happens when i click the install file. It asks me if i want to run the program, i respond with run, i see a wait icon for about a second en after that nothing and i have the same error(s) when i try to start the application

i also started the program as administrator.
