Creative Cloud not available in my region

Hi I rrecieved a notification that creative cloud is not available in my region, what are my options? i wish to download all the creative apps

Kindly refer the list below – it gives a current list of all Creative Cloud products and all the countries where they are sold:

I live in the United States, but I can't use Portfolio because, it says, Creative Cloud is not available in my region.

When I signed up for Adobe on line, I lived in Afghanistan, but I have changed my region to the USA.  Soemthing seems to be stuck in that transition.  Can someone help me?

Hi Caryatid2141,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums. The ID is registered under Afghanistan and that is the reason it says unavailable in your region.

Please the link for help: Change the country associated with your Adobe ID
