Creative suite premium 2: Adobe servers for license activation have been shut down. THANK$ ADOBE

Hello everyone,
my problem may make you smile, but it should make everyone think. I bought a "lifetime" Creative suite premium license several years ago and now it's unusable because the Adobe servers for license activation have been shut down.
I believe this is unacceptable and false advertising. I am in contact with other consumer associations in Italy who are evaluating this behavior according to the legislation of our country.
What do you think?

several years ago is an understatement because the most recent version to be affected by the adobe servers is cs 4 which was released 14+ years ago.

Adobe and any user (including you) shouldn't care if I bought it a thousand years ago or use minimal features. What is important is the respect of the contract and of the user. I want to use what I paid for. Am I asking too much?

    please don't cross-post.  one thread is enough.

     

    i know you think your cause is righteous and i'm not arguing about that righeousness.  i'm meerly stating the facts: cs2 (which from your other thread i know to be your version) can no longer be activated and can no longer be exchanged for anything of value from adobe.

     

    now, if you want to vent and exchange opinions.  feel free.
