Please follow the below mentioned steps to install Lightroom and Photoshop from Adobe Creative Cloud :

Click on the Creative Cloud Download Link : https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Sign in with your registered email id / Adobe id
Check Creativecloudinstaller.dmg (mac) / creativecloudinstaller.exe (windows) in your browser’s downloads.
Open the Creativecloudinstaller.dmg (mac) / creativecloudinstaller.exe (windows)
It will prompt the Creative Cloud Rectangular window once the installation is completed
Sign in if prompted else click on “Apps” tab
Install the Photoshop and Lightroom now.
