Downloading free trial to 50%, then crash?

Hello, I'm unsure if this is the correct subforum to post this in if if not, can I please have one of the MOD's/admins move to the correct area. Basically I am downloading the free trial (30 days) of Photoshop (2015). It gets to 51%, gets stuck, everything on my laptop freezes, then it restarts itself. This is my 3rd time trying to download it. Any help/suggestions?

Hi Xynthia,

It seems that installation of the product is failing, would recommend you to:

1- Turn off your system firewall

2- Completely shut down your security software

3- Follow the steps given the following document: Error 49 when downloading CC applications

Now, retry the download and check, let us know if this helps.
