Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

pls. note that i have free Cloud account not paid Cloud account.. but i purchased adobe premiere pro and i have been told that i will receive email for active ??? now i dont know what to do ... pls. help ... im sure that i purchased adobe premiere pro ... visa confirmed ... but what to do now ?? your support is thankful
