Im having an error 0x00007b even I already reinstall Visual C++, I already installed netframework 4.8 and directX.

Cool Gaming, I am sorry, but if you already fixed the error then you would not still receive error messages that the necessary Visual C++ Redistrubables are missing msvcp100.dll and mscvr100.dll.  Please contact Microsoft for additional assistance with repairing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables that are installed on the computer.

Which application raises the error? 

Which operating system do you use?

 

Do have reapir (or deinstall/install) all Visual C++ redistributable packages that's installed on your system?

 

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 5 - Topaz Photo

    I already fix the error, The application need a msvcp100.dll and mscvr100.dll
