Tried multiple times to download successfully Adobe Acrobat Professional 11 software, and although it indicated successful download, whenever I try to use it, I get "Error 16, call Adobe technical support!" I already tried uninstalling all Adobe program files, rebooted and redownloaded... same results, 3 times.
Suggestions? 3am and I give up for now.... drop me an email if you have a clue... jstower@burnsmcd.com

Try installing Acrobat XI from this link : Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X
