Error code 138 in installing Premiere Pro 2020

I keep on having an error when I tried to install a 2020 version of Premiere Pro. I have tried restarting the installation and my laptop but the same error keeps on popping up everytime installation is at 92%. I have been using an older version before but have all ready uninstalled it prior to installing the 2020 version. What do I do? Please help :((

Error 183 is due to issues with the antivirus software, try by disabling/uninstalling the antivirus software you might have installed and then try downloading. Once the installation is complete, you can reinstall your antivirus software. Also, make sure you have your Creative Cloud application updated.
