Error code 305

Hello,

I try to install Photoshop on my PC, after reaching 90% it says Error code 305 and wont install the program.

I am not sure what is the reason.

The official documentation on the error states the following

Error code 305: App Installation or update failed
Error code 305 indicates an installation or update failure.

Solution

Try the following solutions in order:

1. Click Retry to download and install or update the app again.

2. Restart the computer, and try to install or update the app again

Also trying by disabling any firewall and Antivirus you might have installed

Hi there,

I'm having a similar issue with Adobe Illustrator where error code 305 pops up at 90% update.

I've retried the download so many times now, restarted my computer, and even turned off firewall but nothing seems to work.

I have now uninstalled and tried reinstalling, but again error 305 at 90%.

Please help. I have so much work that I can't access right now.. Thank you!
