Hi Fred and Jeff
I have managed to reinstall Yosemite with the help of our tech consultant and XD is now downloaded and working. Yippee! He said the only issue he encountered when reinstalling was a corruption with Flash. The version I had was up to date but it kept crashing the system – so he replaced that and it is now working fine. Thought that might offer some help.
Thank you for all your help!
Karen

Thanks a lot for your feedback Karen.
I'm quite sure i must have the same issue.
Now, reinstalling Yosemite sounds like a big deal on my production computer...
May be i should look how to uninstall/reinstall Flash first and see how it goes ....
I'll let you know.
anyway, thanks a lot guys !

Hope it is of some help… it only took our consultant about a half hour to reinstall Yosemite… without affecting anything else. So it may just be an anomaly that flash was crashing the reinstall but fingers crossed!

Fred - Thanks for letting us know you're still getting the Exit Code 123 error. Can you send me your contact info via direct message so we can have our Creative Cloud installer team contact you? Thanks.
Karen - I believe Preran on the support team already got your contact information.
You should both hear from the Creative Cloud installer team soon hopefully. Thanks for your patience with this problem.
