How can I download my Illustrator CS4? [CS4 is Dead]

I bought Illustrator CS4 directly from Adobe online; I never had a disk.  My hard drive has gone whacko-, I had to replace it.  Now I can't get illustrator to run, and the link I had that used to bring me to the download site no longer has a download link.  I don't mind buying software online; but I didn't get a disk.  I don't want to have to buy an upgrade just because my hard disk crashed but by removing the link to my software, it appears they're trying to make me do that.  I still have the serial number and it was a full install, not an upgrade.  Anybody know what I can do about this?

Download the trial version from http://prodesigntools.com/download-adobe-cs4-and-cs3-free-trials-here.html

Ensure that you follow the Very Important Instructions on that page first otherwise the links will not work.

When you launch the trial, enter your serial number to permanently license it.

Is there any possible way to do this now, the links lead to adobe still, but only to download 24 or 25

if you purchased from or registered with adobe, check the account used to purchase/register

It appears that CS versions no longer can be downloaded from an Adobe account.

Premiere Pro CS5.5 was available on my account recently, but when checking today, it was gone.

my cs6 is still available for download when checking using a desktop, but not my iphone.  did you check using a desktop/laptop under plans > products?

It only shows in Plans. with no serial number.

That may have been an early subscription version, where Adobe was still using the old licensing technology.

i think all of us that were un the program before sil (and before madison leupp) started cc when it replaced cs6.

but you won't be able to (easily) use beyond the 30 day trial because activation isn't possible.
