How can I install lightroom on a third computer when first one is out of order ?

Hello,

I have installed lightroom on my 2 computers but one of the just collapsed, no way to fix it so i have just bought another computer and when i ve tried to install LR i ve been told that a i had to desactivate one of my first computers first... i can not find anything about the procedure to be done, anyone can help and tell me exactly how i should do as english is not my language...thank you

What exact version of LR are you using?

You will more than likely have to contact Adobe to have your activation's reset.

Through there you can start a chat session.

Since your computer died before you could deactivate your second copy, you'll have to contact Adobe to reset your activation count

Well it is insane ! i have been trying for hours now and still can not find

a solution, each time i try "contact us" they ask what what kind of problem

and then answer there is not phonecall possibility for my version, just the

forum where you tell me to contact them.... i have no idea how to handle

this !!

What version of Lightroom are you using? As Just Shoot Me mentioned earlier today. You will likely have to call Adobe on Monday for them to remove the computer that died from your account.

Is the app installed on too many computers?

If you purchased a single license for Adobe software, you can install the app on two computers. However, you can use it on only one computer at any given time. To install the app on a third computer, you must deactivate the app on one of the first two computers.

That is what i have found too but when i click on contact us then it leads

to a new formular where i am supposed to give few details on the type of

problem before telling for more informations click on contact us again....

then they offer 2 options, one is phonecall that i can not click on because

it says it is noy available for me as i have this kind of version and the

other option is to go on forum....
