    Creative Cloud download size is very lightweight. So it downloaded faster. The internet connection might have dropped in the middle. If the download is not progressing then cancel and start downloading it again. This time use the Terminal.app from Utilities folder to run this command: ping download.adobe.com -t and monitor that you don't get Request Timed Out error in between. This would mean that the internet connection is not consistent.


    Cool. Man, it's just now at 39% lol... I may just let it download because i really need to get this complete by tomorrow and i fear starting all over from scratch

    Could be a weak internet connection at your end if it's wireless. I would recommend an ethernet cable connection to get faster speeds. Download speed and time is completely dependent on your Internet Service Provider who allowed the amount of bandwidth to your pc.

    well, I have ethernet on my macbook pro. the crazy thing is, it downloaded cloud relatively fast. yet when i chose to download illustrator, it's just been lagging along...

    My download is still at 19% after 2 hours.  This is extremely slow, and I have highspeed internet connection where download speed has never been an issue.

    This is clearly an issue with CC download site.


    I agree, CC. this seems like a site issue. I downloaded flash professional yesterday and it took 4 hrs. When I downloaded illustrator, it was 5 1/2 hrs.
