Hi everyone,

Please tell us how to avoid the issue; how to avoid the “Update your Browser” issue using the AASIapp.exe program for the STUCK CS6 master collection; we bought the Volume License & it is registered in our Adobe Online Account... and working on lots of computers already...

This issue is especially happening in Win10 and Win11:

- The Suite Installs okay, but when trying to open a program, at first, it works, using the button, "Sign In Later"; Updates work too on the first place, on all the suite's Programs... if any, ... and then:

- We get stuck after a few day, or couple of weeks... One Adobe Customer Support Agent sent me a lead to a Post in Adobe Community, essentially saying to do this:

Troubleshooting for Update your browser issue
1. Please close all adobe applications completely.
2. Use the below link to download the file named "AASIapp.exe"
http://prdl-download.adobe.com/Framemaker/428037A8066D4558A7EF7D7D06CB5B72/1600836995996/AASIapp.exe
3. Once downloaded, Please copy the file "AASIapp.exe" and paste and replace it at the below location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\P7
Once done, Please launch the application again and try to use it."

---> We have followed the instructions; only, there was no Folder called 'P7' at that location in Windows' Program Files (86)\... and so forth...

- So we just created a P7 folder and put the AASIapp.exe inside it; ... still, it worked to open Adobe CS6 softwares a couple of times, and now we are just stalling for good on this, whenever trying to open a CS6 program again: (see attached screenshots...)

-When using the 'Sign In Now' Button, we get stuck forever on a window reading: "Update Your Browser", and it actually freezes right there, and you need Task Manager > ' End Task ' to get rid of this window / task...

ANY LEED from any of you would be highly appreciated. I'm available for more details upon request.

ADOBE support agents say that it is caused by the validation servers having been retired, because the CS6 is no longer supported... - Great!? right? BTW, my cell is (773) 415-3041...

- We as a Non-Profit have paid over $1K for this Master Collection CS6, back in 2013, now it is duly registered online with its Genuine Serial Number in an Adobe Online Account... and yet We Are Stuck; no way to install it one more time on a Win 11 computer... Is this fair, or what!?!

Comments / Suggestions will be highly appreciated. God bless you.
