Connect your PC to the internet and open Elements. Click on Help up in the Main Menu, then click "Deactivate"  Once Elements is deactivated, you can go ahead and uninstall it from the pc and install it on the Mac. Be sure to register the new installation on the Mac with Adobe.

Hello,

Thanks for the tip, but this will not help me, because PSE is not installed on a PC. My problem is that on a mac I have PSE 14 and then I bought the update for PSE 15, I don’t check the platform and it was Windows instead Mac, and it seem that then you buy a this on the e-shop from Adobe, you can you the series number only on Windows and not on mac. Strange is that a Windows number series seem to be only for Windows, but that a mac number series seem to be a cross platform.
