I am team manager and I have sent an invitation to one of my team but it is not arriving. It is not in the spam folder. I am at a loss what to do.

Here is what your team members can try if they Didn't receive expected e-mail from Adobe. You may also try to resend the invitation, if that doesn't help please Contact Customer Care - Creative Cloud for teams.

I have checked with our administrators and no email has been sent from Adobe to my team member. It is not on our exchange server. I have chatted with Adobe and was just pointed to a list of things to do which I have already done. The problem is on the Adobe side and they are not solving it. Very frustrated
