I can't find the email that matches my key

New Here ,
Sep 13, 2022 Sep 13, 2022

10 years ago someone of the company installed CS6 Mastercollection.
Now that computer crashed, so I need to install CS6 on a different computer, but I have no idea which emailadress is linked to the key. Since the installation 10 years ago so many people stopped and started working here, so now nobody knows who did this.

Can someone please help me! I'm stuck and I really need to be able to use some of the programs.

Thank you!!!

The serial number belongs to the account of the person whose email it is registered with, not the company.

Licenses can't be shared.

@nelend67328587,

there are several possible ways to find/recover an adobe serial number.  #3 is most likely to be of help (assuming cs6 is still installed on some working computer that you can access).

1. search purchased materials: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html

2. you can check your account (if you purchased from or registered with adobe AND you remember the adobe id used to purchase/register), https://accounts.adobe.com

3. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer,
