I have tired re-installing it, and tried all the troubleshooting suggested, including deleting the .db file. Nothing works. I need to reinstall my LR6 from DVD, but I cannot do so unless Creative Cloud is working. This new system is a pain to get working correctly. Please help.
(Windows 7 Ultimate on PC)

Thank you, that process worked and I can sign in. However, I still cannot reinstall my DVD version of LR6, as it is telling me to download the "Adobe Support Advisor". Please advise, thanks.
