so i got a notification in the geforce experience app saying i can get a month of adone creative cloud for free so i went to https://www.adobepartneroffer.com/Adobe_Redeem.aspx but when i try to redeem it it says APO Codes not available for this Product plz help!

If not then try contacting support for help.
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

Then contacting support is the only option. Probably contact the code provider would be a faster way to resolve, as they can provide instructions on how to avail the code they gave.

Hi, we cannot use that url. The code is 4 characters too short to be redeemed there.
When we go to the redeem link: https://www.adobepartneroffer.com/Adobe_Redeem.aspx
We get APO Codes not available. I'll attach screenshots.

Catsimulator, I would recommend confirming that the offer from Nvidia is available in your country. The instructions referenced by Kglad seem to reference a United States redemption offer. Nvidia would know for sure if any restrictions apply to their offer.

I've been having the same problem as redeeming my code from Nvidia since today (yesterday) I can't redeem the code since it's a 20-digit code and not a 24-digit code. So Far, I can't do anything at this time so. T-T

Yes, I did start at Nvidia's website and even followed the instructions on the site for the redemption code. I've also checked with adobe's help page about redeeming the code, and the redemption code that i got from Nvidia is a 20-digit code, not a 24-digit code as well, so I'm pretty stuck at this point, as well might contact Nvidia's customer support for the redemption code issue.

From the posts in this discussion, it sounds like there could be a problem with Nvidia issuing redemption codes. Please get in touch with Nvidia if you are encountering problems obtaining a code.
Once you have acquired a redemption code from Nvidia, then see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/redemption-code-help.html for instructions on how to submit the code for a Creative Cloud membership. If the code is shown as invalid, then try a different web browser or contact our support team at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen so they can walk you through the redemption process.
Ultimately, if a redemption code is not issued or is invalid, you will need to contact the code provider for a replacement.

Well, i didn't get stuck on the steps, it was the code that nvidia issued, but today I think they had resolved the issue.
