as @AxelMatt stated, there's no practical way to use ps cs3 beyond the 30 day trial in 2023.  (you posted to a thread from 2016 when it was possible to activate cs3.)

you should check photoshop elements and the current adobe photography plan.

and start a new thread if there's something with which you still need help.

CS3 activation servers were taken offline several years ago.  There's also no longer a link to the activation free installer because Adobe have  ended that program.   

Sorry, but CS1- CS4 are officially dead now.

If you need Photoshop for further usage you have to buy a subscription.Another alternative is to change to Photoshop Elements. This is still available as a perpetual license.
