I showed up on my bank account, but not on my plan

I recently bought the entire creative cloud library using my student discount, however, things seemed fine until found out that I was using the trail for adobe photoshop, not the one from my purchase, and yes I am using the same account, I have the bank statement to prove I have purchased it, but for some reason my account does not show that I have the plan, what should I do?

When you log-in  to  your Adobe account at the link below and click on Plan Details, can you confirm that your Student subscription is activated yet?

I ask because students must produce some proof of school enrollment.  See link below under Eligibility.

I understand this is a public forum, however the adobe support line is closed until Monday, and I thought maybe someone here could help me with my problem as the support site also says to come here.
