Install older version of Illustrator version 24.3

Version 24.3 of Illustrator in Adobe CC.

Where can I download the older version?

Hi @Roel Verano,

Illustrator version 24 would be CC2020. For this version onwards Adobe stopped providing public download links. Since Adobe only supports the latest two versions of CC apps so only CC2023 and CC2022 would be available for download via Creative Cloud Desktop app. The only option left would be to contact Adobe support and ask if they can provide a link to the version you need, they will provide it if they have it available. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

if you want ai 24.3, install 24.0, set your computer date carefully to get that update and nothing afterwards, then update.

The oldest available on creative cloud is version 26.0

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

remember, you'll be installing the zero version eg, v24.0

after that you'll go through some machinations to update to the desired version (eg, v24.3)

I have exactly the same problem. I have contacted Adobe support twice, they keep saying that illustrator 24 is no longer available, only 25 or higher (which are not compatible with my machine). What can I do?!?

@kgladThe prodesigntools page does NOT contain the links for CC 2020. (the page is https://prodesigntools.com/creative-cloud-2020-direct-download-links.html; it just links to a useless Adobe page). There is illustrator 23 (from CC 2019), not sure if I can install that and then upgrade to 24.
