I have bought Photoshop Elements 12 & Adobe Premiere Elements 12. I cant install Photoshop. Premiere is ok and installed, every time i try to install Photoshop elements the wizard show up and say it will UNinstall the product ? If i say yes to that i get at box saying the path is empty ????
If I say no the installation stops. I tried everything including deactivating the firewalls, Could you please help me ?

SusanneWessel if you are being prompted to uninstall then it is likely that Photoshop Elements is already installed. What version of Windows are you using? Is Photoshop Elements 12 listed in the Programs and Features control panel? Have you tried opening Photoshop Elements 12 using the method normal for the version of Windows you are using?

Windows 8 and yes it is in the control panel but just like PSE folder and
it will not open.Ihave tried uninstalling it and used the alternative
installation but it does not work

Hello again. I have been in contact in 3 hours today on the phone and they
could not solve it. When I click yes to unistall I get an error called"2343
- The path is empty."
I need to tell you that premiere is installed (i bought the package with
Premeiere Elements and photoshop elements 12) and I had no problem with
premiere.
I try to install it on my sons PC, because it was his Gift to christmas. He
also have an Adobe id on this PC, I dont know if that is a problem? My id
on adobe is : sanne8dk38@gmail.com and the password is Glimsager1212 and
its ok for you to look at it. Im desperate.

I forgot to tell you that the program only is on desktop its not in the
program folder
