Invoice received - is it spam?

I have received an invoice via e-mail, purportedly from 'Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd', for

' PHLT,ALL,MLP,DRI12,MAU,001,N/A,1YR PRPD'

Could anyone please clarify if this is spam? There is no covering letter or explanation, just the invoice as a pdf attachment,

with this coding as the product description in place of English.

I'm querying - Ireland? No explanation or covering letter? No clear product description? Sounds fishy and very unprofessional...

... Spam?
