Is there a way to pay less for an individual app (Premier Pro) if I'm currently paying the photography plan?

I pay monthly for my photography plan (10USD): Ligthroom + Photoshop. I use this apps around 5 days a week and I'm happy with this plan. Just a few times I make video, lets say 3 days during the whole year...(but I need something to edit in). I really don't want to pay monthly (20USD) during one year for an app that I don't use frequently, and the license price for only one month (30USD) is really expensive, considering that I will spend only 5 days editing.

I'm a photographer but ocassionally my clients want a video additionally to their photo session.

Is it possible to pay for a plan which includes the three apps??? to get a discount for an individual app??? Other option?
