License Photoshop Elements 14 is not right

Hi, I bought Photoshop Elements 14 and tried to install it, but the serial number is not right. In the mail it says windows, but it should be Mac, maybe that is the problem. Can you please change the license to Mac?

You are going to have to go back to sales and get a refund and then buy the correct version

‌Thanks, via your link I chatted with one of the support staff and I received a new serial number by mail. Installation went smooth this rime. Actually before I tried this forum I tied to chat, but it was closed. Anyway, it works now, thank you again.
