Lightroom CC trial has expired

Hello,

Through my institution I have the Adobe for Enterprise Plan which gives me access to desktop apps such as Adobe Lightroom CC. However, since a few days a receive the notification in Adobe Lightroom Classic CC that my Lightroom CC trial has expired. I receive a similar message in Lightroom CC. The consequence is that photos are no longer synchronised between Lightroom Classic CC and Lightroom CC, so I can no longer add or modify galleries in Adobe Portfolio. I have contacted my institution as well as the software provider (Academic Software), but so far the issue remains. How can this be resolved?

Hi,

You are a member of an enterprise ETLA plan. However your plan does not include storage or services. Therefore features like cloud synch of photos are not available. Lightroom CC is web based so would not be available without services.

What has been done to solve the problem so far?

What is your OS and version?

Please look into this: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase

The helpdesk at my institution suggested logging out from Lightroom and logging back in, but the issue remains and I have let them know. At the moment I am waiting for an answer from them.

OS is windows 10.

Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase :

- on my Adobe Account the Adobe for Enterprise plan is listed. Under included applications and services I can see Adobe Lightroom CC, and several other applications.

- the Creative Cloud desktop app is up-to-date.

- I have not found Adobe-related entries in the host file.

may be alisterblack has an idea on this. I’m not sure if this shouldn’t be in Deployment for Creative Cloud for Team, Enterprise, & CS.
