My PC crashed so I could not deactivate CS5.5 Master Collection. Adobe software is requesting that I deactivate the other activated copy. I am having trouble contacting Adobe. Adobe Virtual Assistant isn't helpful. Can someone help me?
Thank you,

there's no one that can help you beyond explaining that you must use one of the computers with an activated cs5.5 copy m. if that's impossible, you can't activate..
Adobe support will no longer reset an activation count... if you can't DE-activate (lost or crashed computer) and you are receiving an activation 'used up' message (I can't remember the exact message) there is no solution

You are correct. Unfortunately there is no way to DE-activate as my computer has crashed on multiple occasions. Some times miracles do happen and I was able to get it back up and running. Unfortunately I also had a motherboard malfunction and had to send it in to repair. And lastly Microsoft has also been a pain in my side with their feature updates causing crashes and unfortunately a clean install...which finally did me in. I am really down as I was able to purchase Adobe CS5.5 Master Collection for under $200 as a student in 2012...no monthly fees.
Thanks to everyone who responded to my plea for help. And another poster is right, Adobe could not be of any help.

with cs5.5 there is a path to using beyond the 30 trial. for cs2,3 and 4 there is not a path.
